Bawarka (franc. bavarian)
Today we call Bavarian hot, moderately sweetened drink made of very strong tea and milk, possibly with the addition of a small amount of alcohol (rumu). The "old-fashioned" Bavarian, on the other hand, consisted of yolks mixed with sugar, Aromatic liqueurs were added instead of rum, vanilla or lemon zest. Bawarka, in a modern version, is a warming drink, and with the addition of yolk grated with sugar - not at all nutritious.
