How to make dumplings with meat
Dumplings they are a traditional Polish dish. Contrary to appearances, they are not too complicated to prepare and you can find out for yourself.
2 Peel the onions, chop finely and fry in butter. Pour water over the stale bun, to soften. 50 Grind a dag of cooked meat together with the squeezed roll and the previously fried onion. Season the stuffing with salt, pepper and a clove of garlic. Add chopped parsley and mix thoroughly.
50 Sift a dag of flour. We stick one egg into it and pour a glass of warm water. Knead the dough so that it is elastic and soft, then set aside for half an hour. When the dough rises, we roll it thinly and cut out discs from it. Put the stuffing on each disc and carefully stick it together dumpling. So prepared dumplings boil it in plenty of water with a pinch of salt. Boil the dumplings until tender, taking care that they do not stick together during cooking.
We serve it warm, Topped with melted butter with fried onion or smoked bacon.
